Hammer and Nail has extensive local and international design and building experience with post 1870 remodeling and building projects.
From plastering to rendering, oil based priming and painting, to constructing built-in book and shoe cabinets and closets to installing or removing wall partitions, creating new spaces and improving entry for natural new light.
Hammer and Nail uses only quality hardwood timbers such as Black-butt, Blue Gum, Grey Ironbark, Jarrah and Western Karri for all internal constructions where greater strength and appearance is required using pre 1940 building techniques.
All wood joints are brass screw fastened and glued for maximum strength using notched, bevelled or Mortise & Tenon joints.
